Sparta joined forces with Men at Work to provide the first purpose built industrial safety and rescue training venue in the Port Macquarie area.

 

This first class facility complete with Work at heights/ Vertical Rescue platform, simulated confined spaces, ladders, static lines, telepole and modern training room enables clients to train safely in a uniquely local, affordable and 'real' training environment.

About Us 
 Sam Dalton 

Sam Dalton is Principal and Operations Manager- Training and Technical Rope Services. Sam has worked in many facets of industry including consultancy, instruction and as an operator specialising in the field of industrial rope techniques, safety, rescue and training.

Sam has had extensive experience in such disciplines as civil construction and primary industry as a contract firefighter and labourer involved in road and bridge construction, maintenance and strategic forest inventory, and as proffessional firefighter/ Rescue Operator with the NSW Fire Brigades.

Sam has operated his own adventure training outfit since 1998 designing and facilitating courses and programs for the likes of the Australian Defence Force, corporate organisations, tourists and elite sporting groups.

As an international safety and rescue operator Sam has been instrumental in the successful training of over 9 000 construction, HSE, medical and emergency response personnel and maintains strong international relationships.
